On June 27, 2017, the Honourable Daniel Dumais, J.S.C. rendered an Interim Order (the “Interim Order“) in connection with the previously announced planned amalgamation of Pétrolia inc. (“Pétrolia”) with Pieridae Energy Limited (“Pieridae”) by way of a plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement”) under the Canada Business Corporations Act (“CBCA”). All terms used but not otherwise defined herein have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Interim Order.
Pursuant to paragraph 105 of the Interim Order, Pieridae states that the following dates have been determined consistent with the provisions of the Interim Order:
(a) The Information Circular Sending Date occurred on September 5, 2017;
(b) The Pieridae Record Date has been set as August 25, 2017;
(c) The Pieridae Meeting Date has been set as September 26, 2017.
(d) The Final Order Date has been set as October 11, 2017; and
(e) The Pieridae Dissent Deadline has been set as September 22, 2017;
