Participating in the 89th Caroline Bighorn Stampede and Parade

Over the May long weekend, we were excited to be a part of the 89th Caroline Bighorn Stampede and Parade! It’s always great to support our neighbouring communities.

The stampede started on Friday and ran until Sunday night with the parade rolling along Caroline’s Main Street on Saturday morning. There was a rodeo, a pancake breakfast on Main Street, a Christian Cowboy Church on Sunday morning and beer gardens every night.

“There was a big turnout despite the smoke! It was great to see the town and surrounding community come together for a real fun western good time,” said Caroline Community Liaison Officer, Ian Ouderkirk.

Thank you to all the hardworking volunteers with Caroline Bighorn Stampede and Parade for making it all possible!
